My data is incorrect. How do I get this resolved?
Make sure you are updating/viewing information in the Production site
(http://oregon.hospitalcapacity.com/) not the Staging site (http://oregon2.hospitalcapacity.com/)

Get in touch with Primary Contact.
Submit a ticket to OCS Help Desk. Select "Technical Issue" under 'TYPE'.
If my hospital has an automated bed data feed, what do I have to enter manually into OCS?
Patient Discharge Delays : Every weekday, before 0900, use the Manual Input→ Patient Flow Form to enter the number of patients whose discharges are delayed.
PPE : Every Wednesday, before 0900, use the PPE Input Tool to enter all the requested data elements.
If my hospital does not have an automated bed data feed, what do I have to enter manually?
In addition to updating Patient Discharge Delays and PPE (noted above), you will need to use the Capacity Form within the Manual Input Tool to enter bed data. This includes ED Admitted Census and other fields required by OHA.
How do I access historical data from the Oregon Capacity System (OCS)?
All of the data (Beds, PPE, Divert, and manual entry data) is available in the OCS historical database. If you need access, please complete this form.
